The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be popular with young adults, but that adults should also be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA states, because no FDA regulatory standards or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label particularly stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports take in or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to become misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the product, the company’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the production of e-liquids. Makers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that claim that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice products including several premium brands, a few which had an array of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Neat Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to hold onto while smoking because the entire oral cavity of the disposable product was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I viewed the ingredients list for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and another products was that this product did not comprise any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece smoothly on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the back of my throat that was not offer during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My next puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a moderate pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a lovely and tangy style with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled perfectly into my lungs, providing me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
